(Side note, it should work without you clicking default, but if it looks like there's settings and they aren't doing anything, that's a bug I also experienced. Yes go to "controllers" and then select configure next to emulated wii remote. I could take a screenshot of each picture from either Dolphin or Windows's snipping tool to see if I can get a higher resolution, but I'm tired now. While the resolution isn't great (314x456), it's acceptable. Is it possible to use a Gamecube controller (with the USB adapater) or a keyboard and mouse to emulate a Wii remote? I've tried with no luck.ĮDIT 2: Finally, I was able to get the controls to work thanks to the comment below, and after displaying each picture on the emulated Photo channel, the resulting texture dump gave me the pictures I needed.

However, now I'm stuck on the Wii's Main Menu and can't go to the Photo Channel, since I haven't figured out how to get the controls to work. If anyone has a solution to this problem, I would be so grateful!ĮDIT: So I found out how to create a copy of the NAND for my Uncle's console using BootMii, then imported it into Dolphin on my computer, and turned on the Dump Textures feature.

Taking pictures of my TV and then editing them as best as possible would be tedious as well. I'm not enthusiastic paying for a capture card and possibly a HDMI adapter for the Wii itself. I've scoured the Internet for hours trying to find a solution to this problem, but cannot find any other possible solution other than either taking screenshots of my TV with a capture card, or taking pictures of my TV with my own camera. If anyone knows the precise folder where the pictures from the Wii Photo Channel are stored, and if they can be converted if need be, that would be great! I've looked at the list of other homebrew that could provide a solution, but couldn't find anything else. bin files and found only 12 files that are less than a KB in size, so I doubt that's what I need. I installed the Homebrew channel and the WiiXPlorer app in order to copy all of the directories stored in the Wii's NAND onto a SD card, then verified all of these folders and their contents on my computer, but could not find anything remotely resembling pictures files. He wants to be able to extract these pictures off of the Wii, but it doesn't have an native option to transfer these pictures onto a SD card. I forget the circumstances, but my uncle somehow got over two hundred pictures stored in on his Wii's Photo Chanel, specifically the Message Board, without any other copies available.
